Dear All,

We are using Dynamics AX 2009 for more than 3 years. But now we experience a big slowness and many SQl blockings in the system during the month-end period when users run 'Financial Statement' report (GL --> Reports --> Transactions --> Periodic --> Financial Statement). Because of this, other users cannot work in the system (such as posting journals, doing finance transactions) in the month end period.

Can anyone pls update me on whether it is a common issue for Dynamics AX 2009 or, is there any solution for this slowness. Finance module has no any customizations in our system.

Also the same slowness and blocking happen when users taking the 'Inventory value report' (Inventory Management --> Reports --> Status --> Inventory value --> Inventory value report)
