When using fill utility ax 2009 to fill data in fields created by us it displays below error when trying to open the fill utility, does anyone knows reason for this issue

Try to update the data model cross-reference. It's under Tools > Development Tools > Cross-reference > Periodic > Update
On the dialog, only select "update data model". Don't check anything else, as it will take hours to complete if you do. Just updating data model could take upto 20 minutes depending on the hardware.

i update the data model cross-reference as you suggested, but i still faced the problem.
thanks a lot for you help, I tied this solution but actually it didn't fix the issue.
