Looks like your application has not been compiled properly. Compile the whole application and then generate Full CIL for it. ( Ctrl + Shift + D ->open AOT -> right click on AOT then select compile)
Hi Mr. Pradeep,
Installed Ax r2 Single computer Installation and tried to open Ax , Message window open with following message, Error executing code: xApplication object does not have method 'isRunningMode'. Stack trace(S)\Classes\xApplication\isRunningMode
All the menus inactive, how to compile without intialization window , shortcut keys which you given not working.
You can try full compile + CIL using command lines:
Dear Mr. Nicolas,
we are not dynamics ax customer, planning to shift from GP to Ax, before take a decision, i want to check Ax functionality. if possible give me details how to compile, I am not an expert in Ax, consider me as a beginner.
It sounds like the installation is flawed. You could try a kernel compile using the startupcmd parameter.
Make sure your client configuration points to the correct AOS. If you only have one, and you have followed default settings, it should be ok.
Given an Client installation with default settings you should be able to use the following command at command prompt:
> c:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\bin\AX32.exe -startupcmd=kernelcompileall
The Client should open and initiate a full compilation. The inteface will be inresponsive while it is working and the entire process will take several hours. After it is done, the client will automatically close.
But it really sounds like the installation itself is flawed. Best of luck, though!

Dear Mr. Tommy ,
I tried the same, but not succeed
Your installation must be flawed. Try setting up a new AOS. Installing Dynamics AX 2012 isn't exactly just a matter of running setup.exe and install everything in one swoop. It is a tad more sophisticated. ;-)
Hi Nicolas GRANJON ,
I tried the same, not suceed.
