We have recently added a user to the Purchase Requisition Managers group and into the workflow for our capital projects. She is receiving the workflow email and can see the notifications in AX. However, the requisitions are not showing up in the Role Center work list. I am not sure what configuration piece I am missing.
You can check some settings:
- Check if on the user the relation with the employee is setup correctly.
- Is the new workflow version active?
- Is the mail generated from the workflow itself or by an alert?

I discovered today that once the user has clicked on the requisition link in the email alert the items become available in the Role Center Work List.
Thanks Andre, I have checked these settings and everything seems to be in order. The email is generated from the workflow I believe (The subject header states "FW: Purchase Requistion Approval"). It shows the details of the purchase requistion along with the link to the PR Work List.
