Hi,

If you want to add or switch field, you can change the tablegroup 'AutoReport' on tables in the AOT.

HI Andre,

Thanks for the reply. But can you explain it in detail if possible?

And basically, I have to edit the auto report for transfer between the departments and in SSRS report, I am not able to find it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Dhanoop

An AX autoreport is a "fly" generated SSRS report.

You can't find it in AOT neither on Report manager URL.

More info at technet.microsoft.com/.../gg213177.aspx

So, if using the Autoreport feature you can only choose the fields and the Report Layout Template.

But, if you want modify the report you have to create a new one.

Hi Dhanoop,

You can Auto-reports are preconfigured reports that you can generate by clicking File > Print > Print in a Microsoft Dynamics AX form. You can quickly generate an auto-report for use once, or you can create and save a custom auto-report that can be reused later. This topic describes both of these scenarios.
