You need to check if you have Application Integration Framework inbound port service enable related to this issue.

Please review AccountsPayableService whether it is active or not.

please verify and let me know your findings.

Please update with your feedback.

Use the event log on the AOS and investigate if there are any entries being written that correlates to the issue.

Also make sure the client version is the same as the aos service version. Thirdly, make sure your entire application is compiled without any errors and CIL is generated successfully. Lastly, make sure the client connects using a valid and updated WCF configuration.

If you need instructions for any of those above, let us know. :-)

Is the AOS crash is happening from any particular client machine or it is happening from all the clients and server machines as well?

Any hotfix installation recently?

Asusual check the error free application?

Make sure your servers application version and kernel version are same as client machine, to be specific kernel version will be different in most issue cases.

Try to collect the mini dump for your AOS crash by using the DebugDiag Tool from the below link:

you can check the AccountsPayableService at following path

System Administration > Setups > Application Intigration Framework > Inbound Port

in the left hand side grid you will find the AccountsPayableService,

there in the grid you will have indication whether it is active or not

Please verify and let me know if you need more information

Please try to review the Window server event log for some clue why services are getting stoped.

as per standard system logs all these events

you should verify it in AOS server Windows event log

Please update with your feedback.

Lally,

It is quite possible to have some parts of the solution function as expected and still have issues that might cause the AOS to crash.

Your primamry concern is to narrow down the root cause of your issue. The purchase order confirmation process is dependent on .Net, as far as I know, so make sure you CIL is fully compiled without any errors. You have not confirmed the application is compiled without errors, nor CIL. You have not confirmed version of client is matching the version of service. Both must have same kernel version.

See this post to find out how to check kernels:

Happy bug hunting!

if it happens with particular user only, try to reset usage data from ax.
