Trial Balance does not print the Account Number correctly

For some reason I am printing the Trial Balance Summary and the account number is showing a bad format.  I tried to recreate the Reports.DIC but still.  even when I try to prin the TB with no modification still shows the wrong fromat.

    Fixed.  Another Dictionary was creating the issue.
