Dear All,

I would like to customize the receipt to print in pre-printed format, I start customizing the receipt in to work as a full page receipt but I failed.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    which printer are you using "windows or OPOS or windows xps"

    all receipt format in AX are designed for OPOS printers. However if you want to have new format for windows printer, you need to do to

    a) Open designer layout in AX

    goto retail-> setup -> reciept format

    click on designer.. this will open a new format. you should be able to change the layout here for a full page receipt here

    This can also be customized at the POS end.

    If you look at the Printing Project or debug that project then you can be easily found the solution.

    I have done it in AX 2009  LSRetail POS.

    I have to also look into it.
