Hi Ahmed
try one of those two suggestions
Suggestion 1:
On the server :
Please revert to default setting deleting the following registry keys folders :
X.0 will be the version of AX like 6.0 etc.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dynamics\X.0\Retail]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Dynamics\X.0\Retail]
If these keys exist on client, just delete them as well.
Then in AX, set the password one more time.
Run the N job related to staff.
Try to login.
Suggestion 2:
Check the RBOStaffTable the StoreID for all Staff, Is it all 0 ??
You can try to remove your user from the table completely then try adding the user back to retail and adding the store under the HQ | setup | staff - 'enter store number'.
Run the staff batch job (Schedule N-1060 job - staff) and check if you are able to log back into Retail.
thanks a lot Ahmed Farag now work fine
