After i ran the P-Jobs for the first time, i can see the transactions in Retail/Inquiries/Transactions
I created a statement for a store. But when i try to run the 'Calculate statement', a screen popup 'Do you want to calculate the statement
and mark all transactions.....'
When i press 'Yes', the system gives the follwoing error:
" Cannot create a record in RecID key table (RetailDefaultDimensionTmp). The record already exist.
What does this error mean? It seems that i missed something in the setup?

Hi,
We also had the same issue. After some debugging we found that this happened when the default customer for the store was chosen as customer in the POS and transactions were made on the customer.
The default customer should never be chosen in the POS.
Our workaround was to go to retailtransactiontable and filter it to find the transactions which we tried to calculate a statement for, then just clear the data in the custaccount field. AX will still use the default customer when calculating the statement, but it will not crash while calculating.
