Hi,
A user is always asked for user id & password on every login for the Home screen so that the system could display the Role Center screen. And if the user skips the step (escape) then the error message displayed is:
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Refresh Role Center | Close Role Center
This has recently been started ever since the Enterprise Portal configuration wizard was reconfigured by one of the administrators.

Try adjusting your security settings in IE. Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level -> Authentication -> Automatic Login w/ user name and password

I appreciate your reply. However, after doing the given procedure it still require user login and password not once but 5 times.

Yes, I've already added the EP url to the trust sites. The prompting of passwords only occurs in workstations not in server even if I use the same login account (role center loads properly in the server) . When I input the user accounts in workstation it loads the role center but there's no graph in the workstation unlike in server.
