Hi, We'd like to use Delivery date control = Sales lead time.
I assumed that if a sales price trade agreement exists with a lead time of zero, that the system would use the Sales lead time on the Sales order tab of the Default order settings - but this isn't happening. If a sales price trade agreement exists with a lead time of zero, the sales lead time is treated as zero.
Any work-around? Is there a setup parameter I've missed?
Hi, I assume this hasn't been answered yet. We ran into this earlier this year on a project and it turns out that R2 fixes this issue. I called MS and had them confirm that this is a bug, and they also confirmed the fix in R2. I left the partner where I had the documentation regarding the ticket with MS. As I recall, MS also said that there would be no hotfix for this since R2 solved the problem.
Correct. It's not an issue in R2 becuase there is a new checkbox on the Sales price trade agreement (I think it's called Disregard lead time) - so to fix this we did our own customisation.
