  • I have 7 active AOS server running in one server.

This server have 4 Intel Xeon E7540 processor and 64GB of RAM.

  • Hi Eric,

Try to synchronize your AOT  > Table then restart AOS Services

  • Hi Ariston,

    I have did the following:

    - application compilation

    - database synchonization

    - delete the AOI file

    - delete the label index file

    and restart AOS service

I just don't know what else to try on.

  • Hi Eric,

After you do that what are your finding?

    Still the same or not?

  • Hi Ariston,

    The problem came back again.

I need to restart AOS service whenever this problem appear, then all become normal.

  • What is your Application and Kernel Version?

  • Hi Ariston,

    Kernal version         : 5.0.1500.2985

    Application version : 5.0.1500.2985

Not yet update to the latest version, still in the testing environment.

  • OK.

    Can you try this

Cut all ALI File (.ali) inside the Appl > <Your Appl Folder> and make a new folder inside it then paste all ALI File inside the new folder.

Make sure you copy all the ALI File inside your Application Folder for backup purpose.

    Then restart your AOS Services.

Open your Dynamics AX and go to Microsoft Dynamics AX (you can see this in upper right corner of your Dynamics AX) >Tools > Development Tools > Label > Label Editor

    Then try to find @SYS25197

If you see the label then close the label Editor and close your Dynamics AX.

Open your Dynamics AX again see if there is changes.

  • This to reindex the Label file? I did it on the @sys label, but not all the ALI file.  Because this is the production AOS, i need to schedule down time to test it.  Will update the result. Thanks.

  • Hi Eric,
