Any one please help me dude . i have hotfix error and i cant able to install the ax 2012 . this error came during the prerequisites process after i download the file from the link i start to install the file during the next process in the installation i cant able to install this error came (KB2390372 is blocked by another condition on my computer ) i don't know what to do. please give some suggestion ASAP

Do you have .NET Framework 4 installed? Have you restarted your server?

Thanks for your suggestion buddy . I had .NET Framework 4.5 and i also try to install .NET 4.0 but i cant bec my system suggest that u have highest version and cant able to install .and one question buddy how to disable .NET Framework in registry editor

Can you give details about your event viewer? Try executing the KB again and after the error message open your event viewer.

I found out the problem for the hotfix error . myself go to the control panel and change/repair the Microsoft visual studio 2010 and run the installation and it successfully run . And thanks for your reply and help buddy .
