one of my customer wants if any email goes from AX system needs to be added to 'sent item' of email account of that particular user.
Basically it's AX and MS Exchange server integration.
Has anyone got to do this earlier? is that possible?
I think through rules creation in outlook you can do that.

It seems it's integration for only Appointments, tasks or contacts. Nothing mentioned if it works for emails.
I am not getting why there would be a need (for email synchronization) to install the Exchange Web Services Managed API on each user's workstation. Because it's all about AOS and Exchange to synchronize data for each logged in user.
It's not for the person who receives email rather it's for the person who sends email through some actions in AX and AX sends email. Sender of the email wants to see the email in his Sent Item folder in outlook.
