An error occurred during setup of Reporting Services extensions

Hi all,

When installing the AX 2012 Reporting Services extensions I receive the following error:

An error occurred during setup of Reporting Services extensions.
Reason: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies.

Running Windows server 2008 R2 and another box with SQL 2012. SQL 2012 SSRS and Analysis services are installed on the AX box.

AOS, client and Analysis services are running okay, but i cannot get the reporting extensions installed. AX uses the latests updates, CU 1, CU 2, KB2650968 & KB2680186. The server is fully up to date.

Please advise what I need to do in order to fix this!?
