Has anyone implemented a successful RFID solution into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012?

We are currently using AX 2012 and just opened a small storefront.  I believe there are many vendors that can handle a barcode system into AX2012 but I am having a hard time finding a true RFID solution that is cost effective for us.

And we are currently in Laos, therefore we prefer to do the setup ourselves because of the fact of costs incurred of brining a team here and accomodating them.

Can anyone direct me in the right direction on resolving this issue?
