Hello,

I've got a group of printers defined on my citrix client. One of them is not showing up in Dynamics AX when the user chooses to print. The printer has AD permissions assigned to it and the logged in user has permissions to the printer. However, the printer is not in the drop down list.

Any ideas why this might be?
