If attending Convergence 2013 wasn't in your budget this year, or schedule conflicts arose, never fear--Virtual Convergence is here! Virtual Convergence is our free online event experience. Beginning March 19, 2013, Virtual Convergence will live broadcast the event keynote and our product-focused general sessions, with integrated social media so you can join the conversation online. In addition, concurrent sessions and deep dive sessions will be available on Virtual Convergence within 24 hours of their designated time. You'll be able to view as much of the session content as you wish, picking up much of the same information and knowledge as in-person Convergence attendees. Virtual Convergence will remain available for 12 months following the event.
While Virtual Convergence can never replace the in person experience, by making select content available, we hope to raise awareness about Convergence and build momentum with your future attendance.
Great post! I've registered and posted on LinkedIn :)
Please can you fix the width of the drop down for the "I am a..." The values are currently cut off and it's hard to tell the difference. I can see the different values in the source code and have highlighted in my LinkedIn post what the different values are, however I imagine without fixing this it may deter people from registering.
You can see the values in Chrome, but not in IE. Wish I would have tested that before I completed the registration! (And I wasn't smart enough to check the source code!)
Fantastic for "the folks back home". And for us attendees to go back and see what you missed on the sessions you couldn't attend.
