As part of our companies reorganization, I have focused the resource allocation at Matrix resources on 3 key areas:

1. Infrastructure

2. Microsoft Technologies

3. Finance first, then integrate the rest of the company

As I read your article, I notice the parallels, and we seem toi be 'getting there' with the roll out of Dynamics GP for one of our SBU's.
