&lt;p&gt;1. Infrastructure&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Microsoft Technologies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Finance first, then integrate the rest of the company &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As I read your article, I notice the parallels, and we seem toi be 'getting there' with the roll out of Dynamics GP for one of our SBU's.&lt;/p&gt;
