We’re in the midst of a multi-part series of webinars sponsored by Microsoft, which have had some business-focused topics at their hearts: how do you get sales reps to adopt CRM, how to use CRM to generate more leads, how to export the CRM philosophy from sales to the rest of the organization, and so on. My role in these events is to introduce the speakers, provide some context at the very beginning and some operating instructions, and then lead a question-and-answer session at the end. The people attending the webinar send the questions in during the event, and we get lots of them. I try to ask the ones that I think are most on-topic, of course, but we get many questions about the details of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online – general, specific and everywhere in between. We often can’t ask those questions because we’re trying to focus that day’s topic.
However, if you’re champing at the bit to get those questions answered, you need to be part of tomorrow’s webinar, Microsoft CRM Dynamics Online Blooms. Some folks from Microsoft will lead you through the product, and we’ll have plenty of time for your questions. At the conclusion, we’ll give away a Zune music player and a Garmin navigation device, so not only will you benefit from added knowledge of a CRM product that we know many of you are curious about, but two of you will get some neat swag.
The event’s tomorrow at 10 a.m. Pacific time/1 p.m. Eastern. Register and participate - you might just get the answer to the question that’s standing in the way of your CRM decision!
