Two community efforts are under way here at Inside CRM: the Ask the Experts section and our LinkedIn group. Both are going like gangbusters; we have several great people leaping in to deliver answers to questions on Ask the Experts, especially Greg Yankelovich and Melissa McCready. The section is open for questions AND experts; I suspect that, when it comes to having good CRM advice an “expert” can be defined as “anyone who is father along the implementation path than you.” That said, Greg and Melissa are true professionals, which makes their presence exceptionally welcome!

The Inside CRM LinkedIn Group already has over 430 members, which include many of the people we use as sources in our articles (that just sorta happened – we didn’t do anything to collect such an august assemblage). If you want to join, just drop me an email and I’ll happily invite you in.
