We use technology as a business &quot;Enabler&quot; along with well defined processes and procedures. &nbsp; Most of this is in the form of intranet pages with tables, graphs and reports that are driven from our Dynamics GP database. I have the typical IT strategies such as system performance improvements, server / service availability etc... However my other strategic initiatives include development or process improvement projects that are part of other departments. All will align with the overall company strategy / goals. I look forward to more posts in this area.</p>
