Although easier said than done we try and apply this principle within our Finance/IT department. On a number of occassions I have hired a less skilled employee and have them exceed all expectations. Having 10 years experience can often mean that you have been doing the same thing for 10 years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Time and time again we see highly skilled people with bad attitudes that are quite frankly more bother than they are worth. Find the right person to fit the team and you will always win.&lt;/p&gt;
