I'd like to share with you my experience in a CRM for Luxury Fashion Customer.

In one of the projects in which I was involved we have vertically and designed a CRM for Luxury Fashion. The customer wanted to have a competitive advantage by trying to understand, anticipate and measure the influence and the needs of each individual client.

To do this we integrated within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 a Social system individual Sentiment (see image 1).


This allowed through a set of parameters to be able to figure out what they like or dislike for a particular customer.

Also thanks to integration with the Website we analysed the movements that you make within the collections, or individual news on the site.

In addition we have also integrated POS system of all the stores in the world with the Dynamics CRM 2011 and this allowed the committed to impute all sorts of Lifestyle information that will then be analysed and used by digital area to make targeted newsletter campaigns.

All this amount of data was analyzed using SQL Analysis services 2012 and 2013 PowerPivot and Excel PowerView.
