This week, Microsoft sent email notifications to administrators of CRM Online organizations worldwide who have customizations which will be not supported in the upcoming release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The proactive notification provides possible identification and mitigation options to correct the organization configurations so that they continue to be fully functional.
The complete message is as below:
In the upcoming release, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will work on multiple browsers. In addition to Internet Explorer, it will work on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. In preparation for this, we reviewed customer configurations to ensure that they will work with the upcoming release. You are receiving this notice because your organization's configuration contains unsupported customizations. Those customizations might cause issues when your organization is updated to the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
To ensure that your organization's configuration continues to function as expected, you must address these configuration issues within the next 30 days as your organization will be automatically updated to the new version at the end of that period.
To learn more about taking the steps to ensure a smooth transition, we have prepared a blog post to provide you general information about identified compatibility issues and possible mitigation:

We strongly recommend that you run the Validation tool mentioned in the blog to help you identify issues with your configuration. We also strongly recommend that you contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online partner for their guidance and assistance.
