It seems that I am forever going into YouTube to find out how to tile a bathroom floor or complete many other daunting household projects. So I decided recently to see what videos existed for CRM 2011. I found a wealth of information but had difficulty navigating through these selections. So I decided to create a Microsoft CRM Success Channel on YouTube. I organized the videos by Overviews, Admin, Developer and Add-ons.
