Here are a few of my favorite Dynamics CRM keyboard shortcuts, some of which may be familiar to Office users, while others may be completely new.

Move to the next or move to previous option or option group when working in a dialogue box
Space or Enter
Open search
Ctrl+Shift+s
Save and then open a new form (Save and New)
