Hello,
I want to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM Email Router for the first time,
However, the deployment type is not editable as showen in the picture.
any help on this is really appreciated
There are two seperate versions of the email router. One for "On-Premise and Partner Hosted" and one for "CRM Online". You have downloaded the one for CRM Online.
The On-Premise version is available here:
