Restored latest prod DB in test environment and imported new organization using redeployment tool. Import process is done successfully post that for few entites the Advance Find is not displaying any fields in the drop down filter.
The strange thing is it's not displaying even system fields like (Ownerid,Statecode).
Test environment contains : UR 9 and 13
PROD environment contains :UR 1,UR 2,UR 4,UR 5,UR 7,UR 12,UR 13.
Please advice how to fix this issue.
Just to update, this is on Micorosft Dynamics CRM 4.0 v.
First try simple things like: IIS Reset, MS Async Service Restart and publish all customizations. Let us know if your have some good news.
Thanks for the reply. I have tried this already but no luck. I have refered the below blog and set the picklist field search option to "No" for entites, its working for one entity but not for other entites. No consistant !!!
Did you find a solution? If not, the entities that are not showing in the advanced find are randomly, system, or custom?
Not yet. Its for custom entities.
have you tried simply just to publish your entities again?
