Hi,

It´s possible make a Information Extraction from MS Dynamics CRM Online?, I need information but do not want to export to Excel, I need send to SQL Server Database.

    Yes you can use a tool like Starfish ETL to perform this kind of work. With it's System Backup Wizard, it even makes building the SQL tables, data maps, and running the extraction very easy.

    I have been reading the threads posted in this forum of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and as I have noticed, there have been numerous complaints. I've been planning to have CRM for my business to be "dynamic" but I kept on hesitating. How is CRM reliable?
