I have user that did not set the Duration of an Activity correctly in a case that counts aggainst a time allotment contract. We have deleted the activities and deleted the cases. Deleting did not return the Time Allotments to our customers contracts. Any ideas?
Create another case against the contract and close it with an adjusted amount of time to get the time allotment on the contract back to the right value.

The problem is too much time was taken. I need to get time back on to a contract.
Have you tried adding another contract line to the contract?
Since time goes against each individual contract line not the contract itself, this will not solve the problem. Seems a bit ridiculous that Microsoft does not allow time allotments for a task to be modified in any way after completion. Would understand if it was blocked for some access levels but not to be editable from an admin perspective is crazy.
