Anyone know if the CRM Q2 service update has been released yet? I see rollup 8 came out at the beginning of May but it doesn't look like it includes the Q2 update. Really anxious for some of the features that it is supposed to have.

The CRM Q2 update should be released in July. However, please remember that this may change.

The Q2 Service Update will probably be included in Update Rollup 9. Update Rollups ship every 8 weeks or so. Expect UR9 to be available early July.
Please note that Microsoft doesn't announce exact release dates for any software, so I'm just guessing.
