I am trying to create a process/workflow that automatically updates a record based on the first two characters of a UK postcode.
I thought it was possible to list multiple options split by a semi colon.
The process works when each option has only one postcode ("BN") but when I change this to a list ("BN;CT;GU") the process no longer appears to work.
Is it possible to list multiple options or do I need to create lots of distinct statements?
A custom plugin would be the best solution for this requirement.
I found the answer to this one myself. You can only semi-colon separate list items e.g. If the field on the form is a drop down box or lookup.
Seems a bit daft as I now need to create 130 different check conditions. Can anyone think of a quicker way?
You'll have to create an IF conditional check for each post code region. There are 124, so have fun with that! :) rlab.lse.ac.uk/.../postcodes.pdf
