Anyone know of Dynamics CRM being used in government - Code Enforcement?

Hi ,

 

We are a small government office and we are looking to implment dynamics, and would like to know if anyone is aware of it being used for code enforcement, citations, and or field inspections.

 

If anyone has any references, or links to modules that would be very helpful.

    Hello MC625569,

    I know of several Government Agency's that do use CRM. Unfortunately I can't do not know if they use it for Code Enforcement, citations or field inspections.  You could look through the Market Place at https://crm.dynamics.com and see if there are any Solutions for this type of setup.

    Also  we do have many MS Partners out there, who could help you customize CRM to meet your exact business needs.  If you would like to work with an MS  Partner, you can use this link to locate one.
