When i create duplicate detection rule in the Microsoft dynamic CRM 2011 and i found some contacts are duplicate so can i export these records into the excel and how ?
i really appreciate for your response
I'm afraid this cannot be done in CRM, its not an standard functionality, thinking on possible workarounds I cannot get nothing easy to do, maybe you can create some custom entity were you can store the detected duplicates and then to an export, but of course this means that your database is going to grow.
If this is only for a certain entity, you can maybe export all records to an excel and create some kind of function to detect duplicates in it.
This functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM is not very helpful outside of telling you within CRM which contacts are duplicate.
My best advice is for you to do duplicate detection outside CRM (I.E. Excel) and then import the data already duplicated.
