My company just installed the on premise MS dynamics CRM 2011 and none of the users can see all of the entities, specifically the Accounts, Contacts, and Cases. We checked the permissions, security roles, etc but we cannot seem to figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
They can't see the entities in the navigation structure or the individual records?

Could you add a screenshot of your issue, so we can have an idea of it?
My license was a read-write license instead of a full access license. However, my question to him was if he had to make all of the users' licenses full access?! How can we set it up so that the users can see the entities that we need them to see without giving them full access? Shouldn't an admin user be able to make each entity viewable or non-viewable when needed.
Please see my response to the first post.
In the security role assigned to a given user, you can remove read access to an entity. Without read access, they will not see it in the navigation. Also note that a user gets the greatest of all permissions assigned - so it they have multiple roles assigned or belong to a team that still has read access, they user will still see the records. There is not explicit "deny" priviledge.
In CRM we have an option to add multiple users, what i can think while adding the users you have selected the Administrative and not the read-write for the selected users.
