Hello.
I have NO idea why my first post is not saved.....
I am trying to use my Hotmail account to Dynamics CRM Online (30 days Trial) via E-mail Router
The error is: The E-mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrieve user and queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy. Verify that URL 'http://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/OrganisationName' is correct. Additionally, this problem can occur if the specified access credentials are insufficient. To try again, click Load Data.(GetAuthState() - Request status:)
All users have as primary e-mail configures the same Hotmail e-mail address.
Please help, the TRIAL doesn't look so good as I've been trying for the past 5 days to get the e-mail working...
