I just updated to rollup 12 and I don't see anything about Bing Maps anywhere. Is this functionality exclusive to the online product? I didn't see anything stating that. How do I enable the Bing Maps integration in my on-premises install?
The native Bing Maps functionality is part of the new "Process" forms which are only available with CRM Online only right now.

Bing Maps integration is CRM Online only, just like Skype and Yammer. Please see this post for clarification on what's included in Update Rollup 12 for on-premises environments: blogs.msdn.com/.../ur12-vs-polaris-commonalities-differences-amp-improvements.aspx
