Email Router for CRM 4.0 configuration on exchange account

Hi,

Can I set an email account crm@mycompany.com to Dynamics Administrator so all the outgoing mails go from it through Email Router? 

mycompany.com exchange server is not on the same network where my CRM server is neither I have administrative rights to Exchange Server. The email router is running on CRM server.

How can i do it?

  • The only way emails for that account to be sent through the Email Router is if they are being sent directly from CRM. The account you use to configure the Email Router with will need Full Access Permissions to the account it is sending for.
