We have noticed that the service calendar is not working since applying Rollup 12 in our on premise edition of CRM 2011.
The service calendar no longer displays the resource or user names on the left hand side of the calendar which makes it unusable. Would appreciate any thoughts on fixing this.
Microsoft support came back to us with the fix. Uninstal Rollup 12 then reinstal but using the manual download file instead of Windows Update. This fixed the issue.
Hi Gavin,
I applied Update Rollup 12 as well; however, I do not see the same results. Can you take a screenshot and provide that here?
Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Communities,

how to uninstall rollup 12
I did uninstall rollup 12, and reinstall it. it works.
But when I install rollup 12 on another server. I got new problem.
The calendar is very samll.
and I can't uninstall rollup12 from server. It always requires Server.msi file to uninstall.
Is this a production server? If it isn't you might be best trying a fresh install. If it is a production server then follow these steps:
1. Backup your CRM database.
2. Install CRM onto a new clean server (make sure all Windows updates are installed)
3. Restore the database backup to the new server
4. Redeploy the CRM database as a new CRM organization by using the CRM deployment wizard.
For more information use the CRM 2011 Implementation Guide (here: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx)
Also before you do this check you have not got scripts that are not Rollup 12 compatibile.
