I have a subgrid with activities on a form in CRM (CRM 2012 UR12 on premise). My Problem is, that this grid didn't show up at all - it's just a grey box visible.
any ideas on that?
Can you try removing the grid and re-adding it to the form?
yes, i've tried removing that grid and re-adding it.
I've also tried to create a complete new form - but also without success.
it seems, that all form have the same Problem - not only one specific.
Did this work prior to Update Rollup 12?

I'm not sure about that - i've installed UR12 about a month ago and none of my users complained about that.
Now I started to customize some forms and realized that these are not working.
so I think it worked after UR12, but now it stopped somehow.
I would recommend creating a support case with a support engineer so that they can dive deeper into this issue.
