I am trying to disable the access to the auditing configuration area under the Settings, Auditing area of the system config. I am trying to disable access to this area but can't seem to find the correct security option to unselect under the Security Role area.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Hamish
Even with a security role with absolutely no privileges, Auditing still shows up in the navigation - nothing can be accessed when selecting it but the entry is still there. You could use a tool like the SiteMap Editor for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and set up a rule so that it only gets displayed based on some other permission.

Navigate to Settings>System>Auditing and click on Global Audit Settings.
