When I try to install the Dynamics CRM 2011 Language Pack for Outlook, I get the following error, "Before you can install a 64-bit Microsoft Dynamics CRM Language Pack, you must install the corresponding 64-bit Microsoft Dynamics CRM application." This makes no sense since I have the Dynamics CRM Outlook Add In for CRM Online. I am a CRM Online user and my PC is a 64 bit PC. Can anyone assist?
Language packs are installed on the server for On Premise customers. For Online environments you can enable additional languages (as an administrator) by navigating to:
Settings ->Administration -> Languages
Once you have additional languages selected, you can change your individual preferred language in the browser by navigating to:
File -> Options -> Languages
Then when you configure the Outlook client, you should see the desired language.
