We have a new sales process where all orders from our customers should be created and added to CRM. I used to set the estimated reveune for the opprtunity and when it closed won the revenue shows up based on the estimate I have added before.
Now things are a bit different.
Should i add the order before clsoing the opportunity as won or after that? Also, how can i customize the order amount because the order value varies and it is not always like the price list incorporated into the CRM.
