We have a user that has trouble sending mail-merge emails from the Outlook Client. They run through the process of setting up the mail merge correctly, but when it tries to send from Outlook, there is only one entry in the sent items and only that person receives the message.

The user is currently running Outlook 2010 and Rollup 11.2

Has anyone seen this before?

Does this happen for all users that run mail merge?
