Hi,

I am using the Dynamics CRM 4.0 system to send out an email to a list of Contacts to invite them to an event.

I have selected the list of Contacts, and then have used the "Quick Campaign" to bulk send out the email to them, and they each have sent a reply back.

Now, I want to be able to see the list of reply emails from the Contacts for that "Quick Campaign" from 1 location, and I also want to be able to click on them to see the email body for each reply.

I tried going into my Quick Campaign, and under "Campaign Responses" it shows me a list of the reply emails from the Contacts. However, when I click on one of them it brings up a different page for it, however I cannot see the body of the email reply on that page.

As a workaround I can instead go to "My Contacts" and click on one of the Contacts individually, and then click on "Closed Activities" and then click on the email from the list of emails on the page, and then I can see the email body. However this is going to be time consuming having to do that for every contact.

Is there a way I can view all the reply email bodies from 1 page?

Note: I am fairly new to the system, so quite possibly I am doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated thanks. :)

You can use advance find and browse that view (Campaign response ) and then you can add 'Description' filed to view the email body in that same results.

Create new view regarding the same.
