So I know when I get some mail I can right click on contact and make him as lead.
But is there any way to import this text into crm as lead. Because I get always mails from the same email adress but the content is different.
Thx for your help.
There's a third-party product from Parker Software called Email2DB which parses structured email messages and creates records in Dynamics CRM. Available to install or online. www.email2db.com/email-to-crm.aspx.
I'm implementing it for a current project and our proof-of-concept worked well.

If you can get the data into Excel - you can use the native import functionality to create the new Leads.

I would suggest you write a custom workflow to parse the text in the emails creating and
populating the lead. You could use RegEx expressions to extract specific items of data
Thx all for your help.
@Neil that's exactly what I was looking for. I will test it and I hope it works. Thx :)
