Running Windows 8 with CRM 2011 Outlook Client installed (Outlook 2007).
I have a user that is suddenly unable to see the filters applied to views nor is she able to "add filter" to views.
She has the button FILTER-->ADD FILTER-->"SELECT FIELD" but once she selects the field nothing happens. The "custom filters" dialog box never comes up.
Thanks in advance
Is it only an issue with Outlook or have you checked the same behavior with IE too ?
Kindly check with IE and let me know your findings.
Having the same issue here. Works fine in IE or any other web browser, but simply disappeared in Outlook today. Running Windows 7, CRM 2011 Online, and both Outlook 2010 and 2013. Doesn't work in either Outlook.
I was able to repair the issue by doing a clean uninstall of CRM Outlook Client then re-install
Control Panel-->Program and Features-->Uninstall Dynamics CRM
Then go to C:-->users-->"current user here"-->App Data-->Roaming-->Microsoft--> and delete MS CRM folder
Next C::-->users-->"current user here"-->App Data-->Local-->Microsoft--> and delete MS CRM folder
Re-Install File downloaded here:
Thanks and good luck!
