We have had Dynamics since June, and are currently at 86% of our storage limit (we discovered the main issue was the tracking of emails) and so we have worked on that, however, we are now at a point where we are looking for a long term solution. What would people recommend is the best way forward?

You may want to consider moving on-premise if the cost's of not being able to store the data you want outweighs the costs of CRM online.

Thanks for both replies. I'm going to take them away, have a read, take them to management and see which we think is best going forward. Any more suggestions are of course welcome.
